vodacom handed me over for the account that was paid already

<p>i had a debt with vodacom which i was paying monthly. during may when i went to maternity leave i went and settled the account which amounted to R850.00. end of july i started receving sms's that my account has been handed over to VVM. when i call vodacom, they were unable to help me, when i called VVM they also referred me to call vodacom. i am so disapointed because obviously that payment was already reflecting on thier system when they decided to hand me over to their debt collectors more especially because i paid in their vodacom stores. </p>
