Vodacom handed me over for a fictitious account.

Vodacom handed me over for a fictitious account.

I cancelled my account with Vodacom 3.5 years ago and I got a call from a Debt collector threatening to blacklist me over a different account. One that I have never used.

I called Vodacom and they were unwilling to assist as the fictional account has been handed over.

This is really poor style as I cancelled my account on good terms when I moved over to a different service provider.

Hi No feedback has been received, unable to reach anyone at Jacobs Burnard for details either. All this while I am being blacklisted over this. This really is unacceptable.

I was eventually able to reach someone at Vodacom but they put the phone down on me on three separate occasions as I was trying to explain the situation to them. The debt collectors have cancelled the matter on their side so they can't provide any feedback and Vodacom is unwilling to engage on the issue. I don't know how to move forward. I'm not sure what else to do but to see a lawyer. Please, please get in touch with me. I really want to get this resolved.
