Vodacom & Hammond&Pole no compliance

In 2018 we went through hard times and I could not pay my Vodacom bill on time. I contacted Vodacom a few months later and asked the agent how much I had to pay to buy out the contracts. At that time he said R7900 and I paid it over a few months to settle my arrears and buy out the contracts that I had with Vodacom since I did not want to upgrade again. I didn't hear from Vodacom again after that. Not one statement was sent to me after that and no data was app**** to our numbers anymore, so according to me the acount was settled. A while later though, my wife's number was blocked and a few months after that we received a Final notice stating that we owed Vodacom R5744.11. We tried to sort it out via emails and calls to Vodacom, but was told to contact Hammond & Pole since our acount has been handed over. We then contacted Hammond & Pole and told them that we bought out the contract and the numbers have been suspended and also asked for them to send us our contracts as well as a detailed statement showing how we got to the amount of now R14 052. I never heard back from them. A month later I received another email stating that I could get 40% Black Friday discount on my outstanding balance. Eventually someone from Hammond and Pole sent me the staement from Vodacom now indicating that I owed them R10 722. The statement showed where I paid my final installment, according to me, of R2400.77 on 17/05/2019 and then from 01/06/2019 - 01/09/2019 my balance shows R0.00 and that I was not charged an installment. And then on the 01/10/2019 I was charged R3531.01 and R8631.05. I then brought it under their attention and asked why the amount just jumped from being R0.00 for several months to those amounts. I was never answered on that email. Three months later I was contacted by yet another Hammond & Pole attorney (it is never the same person) and they now stated I owe Vodacom R10 115. I once again requested a detailed statement and my contracts and was then sent the same statement as before dated 21/10/2019. We were now in Feb 2020. A few days later they sent me an email claiming the amount was now R11038 and if I paid it now I could get up to 25% discount. To which I rep**** that I am still awaiting my contracts and detailed statement and have not received them yet so I can see what's going on. Again no reply. I then spoke to yet another attorney and asked for the detailed statement and my contracts once again and I was requested to send my ID document which I did, but again never heard back from her. The last email I received was from a totally different person working at Hammond & Pole stating that this was our final notice that we owed Vodacom R11038. My name has now been blacklisted because of this nonsense. I am really trying to understand why there was a build-up of funds after I was told that my account was bought out and why the 24-month contract that I took out only expires in 2020 according to them. I tried to comply and tried to get them to send me documentation for over a year and now I have been penalized for it. I want to talk to someone at Vodacom that can help me understand and sort this out.
