Vodacom had no honesty

I had and account which I finished about a year ago and now I was in month to month contact which I asked to cancel and it was never cancelled now my numbers are no longer in use even after I have paid the R597.00. The consultants are giving me different information everyday while am at the store with a sales person using the sales person phone. I cannot do anything had to buy a new SIM card because of different peoples telling me different stories I want to get the recordings. Never take contact with Vodacom ever
