Vodacom had a great contract deal in april R199 for 20 gigs of data per month for 24 months sadly I have never paid the amount stipulated in the contract instead they have been *****ing R318.99 every month. Like any person I phoned and enquired aboutn this *****ulant practice. I the got the answer that there has been a 5percent price increase I'm not a mathmatician but I don't think 5percentincrease from R199 is equal to R318.99 the helpfull person on the onther side of the phone couldn't make these university grade calculations either. So I logged a complaint via e-mail then I got an automated reply with a service request number *** now 3 months later I haven't heard anything from them and they still ***** my money every month I would highly recomend any other provider .
