Vodacom Greenstone Hill Mall

I app**** for a contract on the 25th January 2018 (processed and approved). They then found out there were out of stock and ask me to check in few days time. When I got there I found the devices were available but my deal was mysteriously closed and they now want to open a new contract for higher amount. When I refused to be charged for the new amount, they then started coming up with various excuses like 'we cant give you these devices if the sim is not activated'. 40 days later, Vodacom has not provided with these devices.

The consultant , who opened deal, claims the manager needs to authorize and the store manager says he needs approval from Vodacom head office and it is not forthcoming.

Vodacom response: The store Manager(Marco) has advised that he had the deal extended and also told me to come in to collect the device(which was done). He has confirmed that he has also tried but the deal cannot be opened again. Please direct all future compaints to ********** Dominic. My response: I am very disappointed that Vodacom Managers will resort to LIES and it says a lot about their dealers. Nowhere did the manager (Marco) told me to come and collect the device. I challenge Vodacom to inspect his CLI for a call to me. Why would I take trouble of posting to Hellopeter when I could have just walked in to collect this device? I was prepared to accept this as a bad service but it is clear that it is more than that when Vodacom Managers resort to LIES.
