Vodacom Greenstone **********

We bought a cellphone (Huawei Y5) at Greenstone Vodacom 4U store on the 24 of Dec and also received a free phone with that special. We then decided to insure the phone we bought and NOT THE FREE ONE, There's even proof and documents of were we signed to insure the phone we bought. In February the phone was ****** and we followed all the procedures needed in order to report it and Claim. After being sent from pillar to post with the insurance claim we finally got through. To our surprise we were told that we only insured the FREE phone and not the primary phone.... To which we blatantly denied because we gave away the free phone as a gift and there's no way we would have insured a phone that we has no access to. After going up and down to Greenstone we finally found out that VODACOM 4U made a mistake and insured both phones but 3 days later they cancelled the insurance of the Primary phone without our knowledge and then insured the wrong phone to which there is not even proof of us signing or any documentation. When we had finally realised that the Fault was at Greenstone 4U. The sales people advised us to rather report that it was the other phone (the one we gave as a gift) as the one that is missing. To which we refused as this is ***** and told him that we will not do that. He then promised to sort it out for us within two(2) working days. It's now over Two(2) WEEKS and nothing has happened. WHAT IS SHOCKING IS HOW VODACOM 4U EMPLOYEES ARE VERY COMPROMISED,

1. How did they insure the wrong phone without any documentation. 2. How can they cancel our insurance without informing us. 3. From February we have been getting excuses and being sent up and down 4. The most shocking, is that VODACOM EMPLOYEE Asking us to lie ( apply for a ********** claim) 5. When they clearly see the mistake is on their side but refusing to attend to our matter with urgency. The Store Manager is Khulu and he didn't bother helping us with anything and the sales person Banzi is not giving me straight answers
