Vodacom greed and lies

Have being conned by them. I have being a customer for the past 30 years with multiple contracts with them. Got a phone call from them out of the blue and was told that 4 of my contracts was still being calculated on the old method. And they can update these 4 contracts and the monthly fee will be much less. The lesser fees was also mentioned and should be on the recording. Upon receiving my new statement the 4 contracts was all migrated to higher plans. I tried phoning but the could not help me. I visited a branch and they also couldn't help met because it was online sales Gave me another number to call and after talking to them for half a hour they said I requested it. I never requested any of this, i was **** to by a greedy Vodacom salesperson and now I must pay the price. I want these migrations stopped, i will mot pay the extra money
