Vodacom going back on its word putting my son in dager !

<p>My son being alone on a farm with problems in our area needs a reliable phone ! So when his gave up we went to vodashop in Woodlands Boulevard to see what deals they had on offer . The very helpful salesman Dane told us about a deal that Vodacom had and in front of us he called Vodacom to confirm that he could do the deal . Paperwork done son over the moon about his phone and me satisfied with the deal . This was the friday by today Wednesday the phone has still not been activated im told that Vodacom will now not do the deal and have reneged on the deal ! Even after agreeing to the deal in front of us ! Result got a useless phone and I have know way of keeping in touch with my son . Since there have been three farm ******s in our area in the last year how do you think I feel about Vodacom and your empty promise ?</p>
