Vodacom go to hell

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service provider for years. Without my consent, they have repeatedly added contracts to my account and increased my monthly charges. I never agreed to the additional contract and when I contacted them to dispute, I was met with rudeness and zero accountability from Nkululeko and others. Trying to resolve this matter has been a nightmare-customer service is dismissive and unhelpful and I’ve been left footing the bill for something I did not sign up for. I strongly advise others to stay away from Vodacom. Don’t answer any of their outsourcing calls that sells *******.

I regret renewing my contract with them and hope this review saves someone else the stress and frustration I’ve been through.
