Vodacom - glitch *****s data, won't refund new data purchase

Glitch stole data from all their customers. Checked my balance, said 0 data. Bought R409 data to replace. Find out glitch on their side. Ask for refund of data, Vodacom says was correctly allocated. Now I have an additional 120GB expiring in 30 days which I don't need. Cannot get hold of customer service as they overwhelmed with calls. AI agent TOBI cannot answer any questions - absolutely useless system. Waste of time & money.
