VODACOM GIVING OUTSIDE COMPANIES INFO WITHOUT APPROVAL

Phoned Vodacom got info that RMC has done the conversion to contract and VODACOM cannot do anything about this. it is a company that monitors your pay-as-you-go usage. THIS MEANS VODACOM GIVES OUTSIDE COMPANIES THE RIGHT TO ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Phoned RMCS , call center took my call. Said she cannot pick up my number, and i should hold on. Put on hold, did try to assist, logged a query - received a reference for my call. I AM TRULY UPSET, HOW DARE THEY ACCESS MY PRIVATE INFORMATION AT VODACOM! VODACOM WILL HAVE TO ANSWER!!
