Vodacom...giving contract with zero expiry

<p>I have 3 contracts with vodacom. One expired beginning of November . I phone them to cancel it and was told that it was done. My debit order went off and i saw that the normal amount was debited. I phoned vodacom again and canceled the number again. I was told again that it was done. I noticed that the normal amout was debited again . I phoned Vodacom AGAIN to cancel the contract. I was passed around from the cancellation department to the account department and the to the cancellation department again. I was told AGAIN that it was done. My account was debited again and i saw that the normal amount went off. I decided to stop the debit order until vodacom contacts me for payment. I was contacted last week and explained the lady the situation. she asked me for a ref number but i could give it to her because i didn't get nor did i know that i had to get one. The lady said that they will investigate the matter and the contract me again. No contact has been made. This is pathetic considering that i have been with Vodacom for 10 years. Don't know whats going on that side but i need them ti contact me via email. **********

Oh so are they going to contact me again...everything is again with vodacom. Lets just wait and see what happens. Getting a bit tired of this poor service. Just remember that i don't need vodacom and i definitely don't need to deal with *********** people not doing their work.
