VODACOM GIVING ATTORNEYS WRONG INFORMATIONS

<p>I wanted to be a vodacom subscriber because of the adverts I saw, but after my experience i am glad my contract is almost finish - I PAY EVERY MONTH ON TIME IN FULL. I did phone Vodacom to explain i dont owe any outstanding money stop with the sms's i get that you going to block my account. I GOT A NEW SMS:</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Nathi Buhlalu - which IS NOT ME!!!!! VODACOM HAS APPOINTED US TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR OUTSTANDING .... AMOUNT AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOU ARRANGE TO PAY - </p> <p> </p> <p>I did send them info that they have the wrong cellphone number but now they send me more information about MY CELLPHONE NUMBER- PLEASE CANCEL MY NUMBER BY THE ATTORNEYS URGENTLY, AS THIS IS NOT ME AND I PAY MY ACCOUNT ON TIME, - I TRIED THE NICE WAY - I PHONED VODACOM EXPLAINING THESE SMS'S THEN I EXPLAINED IT TO THE ATTORNEYS BUT NO BODY LISTEN.</p> <p> </p> <p>I PAY EVERY MONTH ON TIME - I AM NOT Nathi Buhlalu - WHOM DID NOT PAY - CAN YOU URGENTLY TELL YOUR ATTORNEYS TO DELETE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR SYSTEMS AS I PAY VODACOM MONTHLY AND LAST WEEKEND VODACOM EVEN WANTED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER 2 YEAR CONTRACT – AS IT IS TIME TO UPGRADE - LUCKILY I TOLD VODACOM I WILL THINK ABOUT IT - NOOOOOO I Will not get another contract, you gave me this number and now you give me alot of hassle with this number - you took THIS NUMBER away from a person not paying you!!! AND GAVE IT TO ME???? - this is not fair to customers that pay every month on time - DON’T PHONE ME - ONLY EMAIL ME SO I CAN HAVE PROOF OF OUR CONVERSATIONS ON E-MAIL.</p>
