Vodacom gives misleading information
Upgraded to an Iphone x on the 11th of January 2018. Now there is a problem with the speaker. Went to the store where I performed the upgrade and they told me that I need to go to the I store as I do have a 2 year warrentee on the phone (the nearest I store is 70km from me). Just to get there and be told that the wareentee is only 1 year. I am also paying insurance on my phone each month (Cellsure) just to be told by Vodacom that my speaker is not covered. So why then do I pay insurance? Vodacom staff is giving misleading information and my contract will not be renewed once it has expired.
