Vodacom gives excellent customer service
I wrote a very bad review a few weeks ago, but I am very happy to report that Vodacom has gone out of their way to resolve my problem, and they went the extra mile to ensure an extremely happy and satisfied customer.
The tablet was returned and all charges were reversed. Annette made sure of that.
Then I spoke to Diane Thangavelu to cancel my contract. Due to her intervention and going the extra mile, she managed to get me a new contract with a tablet to my liking and within my budget. She took a lot of time and effort to give me what I wanted in the first place.
Needless to say, I am grateful for the excellent customer service I received from Vodacom.
