Vodacom give me back my money please !!

I've been waiting for a credit owed to me ,to be paid to me .I lodged a complaint on hello Peter ,was contacted and the credit was arranged.Instead of doing a credit to my bank account,they go and credit my Vodacom account . I am so tired of their incompentinsies and lack of respect for their clients . Please pay me my money and send me forms to migrate .I don't want to deal with Vodacom ,neither am I happy to stay with them .I will be cancelling my debit orders and assume the property of my phone and router if migration forms are not sent and I will gladly meet your offices in court . Please pay me what is due to me and set up the necessary paperwork for a migration to be done .
