Vodacom gift voucher

I wanted to cancel my contract with Vodacom in July 2021 but they sweet talked me not to cancel. I upgraded and extended my contract for a further 24 month period. As part of the deal, they offered me a gift voucher which I never received. Been trying to get Vodacom to reissue the voucher and I'm being sent from pillar to post.Their rewards line just cuts the call off after following the prompts. I then went to a local Vodacom outlet for assistance and they were just as clueless. It's amazing how big telco can just ride roughshod over their clients by not investing in suitably trained personnel to help promote good customer experience. I'm not letting Vodacom get away with this until I get my hift voucher reissued
