Vodacom ghosting and breach of contract.

I've been trying to deal with unauthorised contract changes on my account and a year of "ghosting" by Vodacom. Still my account is in a mess, with a breach of my signed agreement with Vodacom. Ashley Payle promised to sort this out - but I'm still waiting. Can someone PLEASE get this resolved. Don't just copy and paste the standard response here, please can someone phone me so that we can get this resolved.
