Vodacom gets the award for the worst service i have ever received in AFRICA

Hi so on the 16th of June in Cape Town I went to waterfront to get a wifi router because Vodacom had a special, and in tough times like these we need special deals. I got a 40 gig router for R280 or so and that is where my worst nightmare started. After 5 days I started getting a message saying soft lock and I thought it's because I finished my data. My debit order date passed and they didn't debit my account. Then the 1st of July came and they didn't debit my account. So on the 3rd I called vodacom telling them I have this soft lock and I was told I owe 500 or so which but I have a credit limit of 10000 so it's an error on their side. I was also told that this happens with some customers by error. They then told me that it would take 48 business hours to deal with the problem. I was also told in order to use my router I will have to call vodacom everyday so that they restart my router so that I can use it. A week passed whereby I was calling vodacom everyday and spending 20 min on the line just to restart my router. I then asked them again what is the status of my query and I was told it has not been assigned to anyone and that it is actually going to take 14 days to handle the query. A few days later after calling vodacom free line I was told by the automatic line that I can not call the same line again and that I should either email them or call a different number however this time I will now be getting charged because I have called the maximum number of times into the call center... WOW.... Moving on I started calling with another number and it is now the 25th of July a month since I 1st got these soft locks and 15 working days since I first did the query and I was just at the vodacom shop where I couldn't get helped. I called their account department and they are saying system is showing I'm not peeing anything but it shows that I have reached my credit limit and so I must now ask for my credit limit to be increased. I have sent vodacom more than 5 messages on Instagram homepage and given them my account number and I was only called once but they put me so long on hold that I needed to hang up because of a meeting. I have spent over R50000 with vodacom over the last 3 years and I honestly regret getting a new contract with them. They have made my mornings so bad ****py because I always have to call them. What is worse now I can't ask them to restart my router because the consultants are saying they can't do it. All I want is for vodacom to take their contract because this is the worst service I have received in Africa. Somebody, anybody please help me... ********** 961 oh and get this, they have denied to help me a couple of times because instead of them capturing my id number they put my account number so at Vodacom my ID number is my account number. I live in Johannesburg and I wish I never saw that ad to save money and get a new router with vodacom
