I am posting this on behalf of my son.HeI had a problem with payment due to debit order arrangement. The account was paid cash and then he received messages his account was R200 in arrear. The accounts department was contacted and proof of payment was required. Proof of payment was sent thru to ********** on Wed 7 June at 5-36 pm He also requested thet the problem should be resolved. He received a tax invoice for 01 June 17 and due date 30/06/17. His account showed on 01 June 17 R0.00 and Due on 30 June 2017 a amount of R217. Yesterday he was informed he is owing Vodacom R200 and his service was disconnected. Must he pay the price for Vodacom who are *********** to do or drive a bussiness properly. He need this to to be resolved urgently and his service reconnected. If not it will be posted on social media . At this stage I want to know what is the outstanding amount on his contract to pay in full and stop his service with Vodacom and join another CELL Phone provider who cares and issue proper statements

We were advised the debit order was not cancelled. My son had been there 10 days before the run of the debit order and VODACOM Confirmed the debit order was cancelled. Now it has gone off again. First question - IS THIS MONEY MAKING SCHEME OF VODACOM

Second Question - Why is the debit order running before the last day of the month

VODACOM
