Vodacom get your act together!!!!!!!

My account was in arrears, which I paid even before being sent a letter of demand. After I had noticed that the arrears amount was not being removed from my account I contacted Vodacom in order to send them the proof of payment. Payment had been made on 18 July 2020 and I sent through the proof of payment on 2 August 2020. On 4 August I received a letter of demand and I again contacted them re the arrears that I had already paid. My data service was then suspended on 5 August. I contacted Vodacom again and after many tries got through the accounts department. I was advised to send through the PoP again to the agent's team leader Margaret Mngomezulu, which I did. This happened on 6 August 2020 and here I am on 8 August 2020, still with my account suspended. I called the account department today and there's no one to take my call because of the lockdown. I thought your agents were working from home?!?!??! Vodacom please get your act together. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone.

Reviewer Update
Well I am still waiting for someone from Vodacom to get in touch with me!

I tried calling customer services again and " due to emergency protocols" no one is available to take my call. Vodacom your service is really the pits. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone!
