Vodacom get more reliable and efficient staff

Right now I'm really lievid by the way vodacom is taking the issue ligthty..you swear that I'm just blaming them for something that doesn't exist.

Everytime after I wrote a review here a clueless 🙈 somebody will give me a call they will say that the matter will be escalated and ask if since the last call haven't I receive any assistance regarding my issue. Their staff members are doing nothing except for tarnishing the company name by their non delivery. I feel I'm enough talking to them because everytime they will say the same thing which end up confusing themselves
