Vodacom generator noise and pollution

Vodacom has this generator at the back of our yard (by a water tower) it makes a heck of a lot of noise and produces massive amounts of diesel fumes all over the property.

This has been going on for a while and its honestly becoming very frustrating, I have reported the problem to vodacom numerous times but nothing gets done about it

Is this how you sort your problems? you phone me twice and i cant answer because i am working, and then you close the matter? again the generator is on, maybe one person in your entire company can prove to be competent, I am still waiting to see who that person is
