Vodacom gave me a new contract, instead of an upgrade!

In November last year, I wanted to upgrade my contract, and clicked on a link on my Vodacom Mobile Summary saying "You are due for an Upgrade. Upgrade Now!" I went through the whole process, ordered a Samsung S20 FE, which was delivered in December. However, earlier this month I looked in my Mobile Summary and saw that my bill was extremely high. Turns out, I was given a new contract, instead of an upgrade. I've been phoning Vodacom After Sales for the last few weeks, and have been sent from pillar to post. I was then told that cancellations must be done within 14 days. However, I only found out about this mistake more than a month later. Vodacom Online gave me an email address to send my request to, but the address does not exist! I've asked that they simply port my current number to this new contract, but for some reason they are not able to. What must I do????!!!!!
