vodacom gave me a blacklisted cell phone
i am a very unhappy client and i will write about this on every social network i know of

vodacom gave me an upgrade cell phone Samsung s6 egde 32gb on the 21 December 2015 they did not test the cell phone in store because the sim card i had was a micro sim card and not a nenno sim card. i never used the cell phone so when i finally made me sim card a nenno sim card and put it in the cell phone the phoen gave me an error (not registered on network ) so i took irt back and they booked it for repair at the Sandton branch and they called me back saying its my main board that was the problem i need to pay r4000.00 to get it fixed so i told them i cant pay to fix a phone that was given to me in that state( broken) so they called me back and said my cell phone was black listed by vodacom for what reason i dont know. they made me fill in a un-blacklisting form and it will take 48 hours to un-blacklist and ques what its been 4 days and my phone still does not work. i dont know what to do but i know i cant pay a contract and i was given a broken phone. this is not right vodacom can get away with this
