Vodacom Gateway, the worst customer service!!!

I have had the worst customer service experience with Alistair at Vodacom Gateway. I signed up for a data plan on a Saturday (06/04), it however didn't go through as it was pending approval. On Monday (08/04) I got a message saying it was being processed, minutes later Alistair called me to say it had been approved and that I had to come in to sign. I went into the branch the same day at 5.30pm, everything was signed. I was then told a pro-rata amount would be debited in 2-3days, I waited until Thursday yet no debit went off. I called the branch to check what was the delay, no one in the branch could help and Alistair was not at work. I first spoke to Kajal who insisted she cannot help on another consultants query so I then called again and spoke to the branch manager, Ravani who also told me he could not help me until Alistair got back to work the next day!! My understanding is Alistair doesn't take the system home, as to how no one can assist is just mind blowing!! On Friday (12/04) I called the branch just after 9am to speak to Alistair, he advised he couldn't help me as he had training and would call me at 11am. At 12:20 I called the branch and was told he was on lunch and would only help me when he got back. He then only called me at 12:40 telling me he is waiting approval on my application. How was I able to sign a contract with Vodacom if it was never approved? Why was I called into the branch if all the approval procedures weren't yet followed? Why am I the one whose meant to call back and forth and not get any help from any Consultant? After speaking to Alistair I asked him to give me a time frame he would call me with feedback. His response was : ' you're not the only customer so I can't give you a time. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received!! I want Vodacom to be explain why they employ people who are not happy to assist and resolve client issues??
