VODACOM GATEWAY HAS PATHETIC SERVICE

ROSANNE AT VODACOM GATEWAY WAS NOT EFFICIENT AT ALL Tried on the 31st of Dec to take out a contract - I was advised that I will receive a callback due to system issues Due to receiving NO FEEDBACK I went back on the 2nd of Jan, the order was processed and I was told vodacom is taking long to approve my details and will receive a call by the next morning. I called the store to follow up and was told the agent will call me back Called again only to be told my order is CANCELLED
