Vodacom-Gateway branch

Horrible service received from this store. A pre-order was made for a tablet and they assured us that the order was placed. We called a few days later to know the ETA as this was for someone's birthday only to find out that the order was never placed and they had forgotten about it. We forgive the error made and when we call after a further 3 weeks the guy that answered gives us a pathetically rude response and says that they can't give us an ETA for the order. EXTREMELLY TERRIBLE SERVICE, NOT MY FIRST BAD ENCOUNTER WITH THIS BRANCH!!!!!!!!!
