Vodacom Garden Route Mall George pathetic service
Worst service from Vodacom Garden Route Mall George. My daughter pays her accounts too well so she doesn't qualify for a cellphone contract but she has a car that she pays every month. How can she qualify for motor finance but not for a cellphone but her friend got a cellphone contract without having any accounts. I guess it is all about who you know. Pathetic. So her friend apply for a cellphone for her and after 3 weeks they forgot to place the order and then they ordered the wrong phone. They never answer their phones and if the salesperson is on lunch you wait two days for hulim to return a call. This Vodacom store is useless.

17 Nov 2021, 10:16You can contact the Garden Route Mall George Vodacom store and get the details from them as the 2 ladies went to the shop on Monday after 2pm after waiting 3 weeks for a Huawei Nova 8 just to find out the phone was approved but the order never submitted and then they ordered a Samsung for her instead so they should be able to tell you what is going on. If they can't give you the details that mean that this happens all the time. Have a great day
