Vodacom gangster business
I have been calling since having done my sim swap, Vodacom debited my account 3days after the debit order date, the account was paid and now they are sitting with 3 months payments and I am not getting feedback the issue has not been assigned to anyone to resolve and it's been 7 full working days. Vodacom runs it's business like a mob

06 Mar 2023, 15:48The way Vodacom SA does business is disgusting, this network has waisted my Time extensively and customer care service providers have attitude when asking them how long I should wait, my home loan payment is behind Vodacom got gridy and debited my account and we are sitting in this situation where they have 3months payment in one month but they do not care. They don't apologize nor make the situation better nor response to emails pure arrogance disgusting treatment like a *** farm sies I am deeply disgusted. Vodacom gangster store service consultants in Port Elizabeth Gqeberha behave like Hery Potter wizards they're rude (greenacres repair store PE) but does Vodacom care HELL NO

07 Mar 2023, 12:54The level of drama and lies from this service providers. I am going to take the conversation to radio and Twitter name and shame Vodacom on a station with 3milion following.. I don't think I am the only one at my workplace the moment I said Vodacom the reaction was not good and I will make sure SA gets to know what other options are available. Report the network to consumer protection ombudsman
