Vodacom- Further and further NOWHERE TOGETHER!

At Vodacom, Further Together-what an absolute lie! I reported the tower outage in our area on the 17th November telephonically and again o Sunday the 21st via Facebook, it has absolutely nothing to do with my contract or the number but the entire area has no signal and there has been no solution by day 9 or any feedback! I called again today and I was told they tried to call the number that is in the router as it is a data contract! I actually can not even comprehend this especially since I gave my cell phone number as the number to contact.

We live and work from a farm and it is now a full-on safety issue as I cannot work from home so I leave my 80-year old grandmother alone who walks with a walker and if anything has to happen while I can no longer be on the premises she will not be able to call either!

I have sent the GPS location and can actually see that the tower no longer has a light, you are costing us time and money and actually putting our safety at risk as we have zero signal! This is unacceptable, my area has never had the issue before, if it had I would not have signed contracts!
