Vodacom funeral cover SUCKS!

Bad review as vodacom life funeral cover is ***********. Been paying this for pas 4 years and on requesting a doc was told this lapse 12 months ago. Investigation and query was doen, but sad to say with no joy…. Just the words “I hear you”. Calls dropped. And promises to phone back …. Well this never happened. Been phoning for the pas 7days on a daily basis and still NOTHING. How will a claim be handled if the cannot sort a simple query😡😡😡😡 not even reaction on emails after 20 emails not even a word or response
