Vodacom. Full of lies and deceite

Despite them responding last week to me to say they would call me back, no one has bothered to call me back. Each time I phone they say problem escalated and a supervisor will call back. Three times I've requested this and to date no one called me back or taken my complaint serious. Honestly will never deal with vodacom again. Full of lies. They break their end of the contract but when u want to cancel they want to hold you liable but have no accountability for their part in the contract. They promised me if I signed another year with them my tariff would be fixed at R472 and two months in they already increasing it.
