vodacom full of lies

Good day I reported a while back that my phone was blocked and vodacom refused to assist. Vodacom rep**** on Hello peter that my phone line was unblocked and the matter was solved, what ********. Vodacoms attorneys contacted me and demanded money, to date I still cant use my vodacom number even though money is taken monthly for my account. So vodacom should tell lies and say account was unblocked. I will check my phone and put a screen print on hello peter to show everyone what lies Vodacom tell. They take a persons money and are never willing to assist. to date NO ONE assisited me, no HELP. they handed me over and I dont have the use of my Vodacom number.
