Vodacom full of empty promises!!!!

Since the 22nd of August I canceled my vodacom contract. After about a 10 phone calls nothing happene d and this is after I pad in advance and sent my signed forms. I had to Hellopeter my complaint since nothing happened . Someone phoned me and promised I woule be sorted out and I promised to delete my complaint. Well I kept my promise, but just yesterday I received a call if I would like to upgrade. I told the guy this should be prepaid. Anyway vodacom is useless!! I had it! Guys stay faaaaaarrrrrrr away from Vodacom! Empty promises!
