Vodacom: full of empty promises

One star only because there is no option for zero stars! Two years of complaints about service and chances given to technicians to fix these issues over that period. I am treated like I owe Vodacom for the great experience of dropped calls and the added privilege of having them deduct money from my account every month. This is customer service at its worst and a great example of why no company should have a virtual monopoly in a specific market segment. Thanks for taking me for the ride of my life.
