Vodacom full of deception

Vodacom is a very deceptive company even there call center agents have mastered the art of deception as long as they can convince to take the deal , so i saw this deal "25 GB Mifi router" I make an enquiry and receive my router only to find out is not 25 GB its 5GB , Instagram data etc and its not what i wanted i wasn't told about this so anyways i make a call to vodacom 3days after receiving the router now the struggle is returning it they sent a courier company to work when i told them that we are rotating during the pandemic and they refused to take an alternative address. A call center agent calls me to make a data deal on my cellphone contract ok I agreed only to find out that I'm actually getting ********** and i call them to cancel it in less than 14 day now they want me to pay penalties for canceling this added service mind you i didn't receive the email that I was promised explaining to me what i will be upgraded to. watch out vodacom operates on lies
