After taking fibre deal with vodacom. I as informed the router would be delivered the next day through Ram Couriers. I have called endless times to get promised a delivery and nothing. Vodacom why are you using such a pathetic delivery company to fulfill your obligations to customers. HAVR YOU SEEN THE REVIEWS FOR RAM COURIERS????In all honesty I will just cancel this deal and go with another service provider. I WILL ALSO ENSURE MY BUSINESS 30 FIBRE LINES AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW THE PATHETIC SERVICE I RECEIVED. NO ROUTER AND A TON OF FALSE PROMISES.
