Vodacom FTTH *******

I have cancelled my fibre contract and recieved confirmationt that it has been cancelled and that no billing would take place further and that last payment was in on the 7 November as billing is done in advance for the the fibre service Sr*** Call agent is sophia. As per usual my accounted was debited on the 7 December 2020 and a logged a SR*** with the billing department in Liezl and was very helpfull. She noticed my account was not active and that no billing should take place. As i have relocated the service in February 2020 the wrong account was closed as the infrastruction was linked to a vumatel box at my new residence. This means my account at new residence was never cancelled as per vodacom SR logged in the Second of november 2020 sr number stated above

No i have paid for a service that i no longer have and i am convinced this will not be resolved and refunded before the end of December 2020

All statutory notices were given and i adhered to there contractual obligation

Due to covid- lockdown and various reasons i cant pay for the fibre but vodacom ftth still steels from me and cant refund me.....................

But they can state record fibre earning during year of 2020 in the press but cant refund me...................

I contacted FTTH Costemor Service *** and spoke to warrent today at 11hoo on 14/12/2020 he has advised me that backroom staff are working on it and he would call me back at 13h00 but nothing has materialised

**** POOR SERVICE ................................ ******* i tell you *******
