Vodacom FTTH slow connection speed

I have been struggling with Vodacom for the last 6 months, I have a contract for 100Mbps fiber connection and I have not ever seen the connection speed go over 50Mbps on top of that it's 0.7Mbps at the moment. I have received no discounts and have opened several service requests only for the technician / customer care to close it without any feedback or change. I don't even know what to do anymore because their cancellation fees are ridiculous, I guess I'll just wait out the contract duration and never do any business with them again.
