Vodacom FTTH getting 3Mbps on a 100Mbps line - Going on a month now!

Dear Vodacom support,

Vodacom Fibre MTB Speed Test - 12Mbps and 3 Mbps Download speed tests - Fault

I have been getting speed tests of 3Mbps to 12 Mbps for my 100Mbps Vodacom FTTH fibre. This issue has been going on since I upgraded to 100Mbps a month ago. I raise a fault with Vodacom, it goes back to normal for a day and then again decreases to 3Mbps and peaks at 12Mbps

I am paying for a 100Mbps line speed and I am not getting the speed I am paying for. Please see attached 2 x screenshots of the speed test I am getting from Vodacom Fibre MTB Test. Kindly arrange a refund of my money as you are charging me and I am not getting the service I am paying for. I will be raising a case with ICASA unless my money is refunded to my account and the issue is resolved permanently.
