Vodacom - frusutration
I have been trying to cancel a contract with Vodacom since June. The contract is expiring 04 July. Yes, due to the pandemic, everyone is on skeleton staff but every time I do get through to a consultant, they are either trying to hear me through a very badly connected line OR they are trying to sell me a new contract - which I decline - then they try and transfer me to cancellations department - then my call drops and I wait another 30-40 minutes to speak to someone. This is frustrating as I have spent the entire morning trying to get hold of Vodacom. Can someone just please get back to me and confirm whether my contract is being cancelled!
