Vodacom Frustrations

I have tried to get to speak to a consultant at Vodacom. I tried several customer care numbers. They ring but there is dead silence. It is impossible to speak to a human at vodacom. The chat bot does not answer your questions and gives random and unrelated responses. When my contract expires I will not be contracting with vodacom ever again
