Vodacom Frustrates !!

I have been trying to cancel insurance on my phone for 5 months without a positive outcome. When I ask to see the manager I am told Vodacom Cresta has no manager. At the end of each month when I go to pay my contract I tackle the problem again. Ask to see the deputy manager. Please wait, he has just left the shop for 10 minutes. Half an hour later No deputy manager. I ask if they can please make a note on my account that I have tried to cancel the insurance but they say there is no such option. I ask how can I contact the CEO of Vodacom. No you cannot contact him because Head Office is being revamped!!! Today the deputy manager is 'just out' for 10 minutes again. I wait ...I say I am not leaving this shop until this is solved...20 min later the deputy manager comes out from his office...not outside as they said. He gives me a simle form to fill in which he says he will email to the insurance to have it cancelled as from next month. Why was this not done months ago - he says he does not know as I never spoke to him spesifically...I say but now i have to pay insurance fotmr the 4 months that I have tried time ans again to cancel...he says he has no proof that I did in fact try to cancel it....I say but I have asked people to make a note that my request are unsuccessful and they say there is no such option on the system...he says he can do nothing...I walk away and feel tears of frustration taking over. My data is not activated in spite of me paying my contract (minus the insurance) every single month. How is it possible that there is no next step where one can get competent help if the branch and the accounts make you run around in circles. We have no chance agaist huge bully companies.
