Vodacom - From SA’s best to definitely worst

Vodacom has got to be the most pathetic and useless service provider in this country. Every week we’ve been having DAYS, not hours, where we’re left without network. And when we do eventually get through to someone, their same old, lame excuse is because of loadshedding. Which is a whole bunch of BS because every other service provider (Telkom, MTN) has network during loadshedding. Mind you, I am a business client with Vodacom with 3 supposedly ‘Red VIP’ contracts. I cannot wait for these contracts to expire so that I move on to a more reliable network service provider. MTN, my business and I will be seeing you soon.
