Vodacom from poor services to hell messing with my credit profile unfair practice from Vodacom should be reported to fsb

Vodacom is really unprofessional and poor service to me. I paid up my Vodacom account in December 2019. After numerous attempts to contact legal services I was provided a paid up letter several time with promise that Vodacom will update my credentials on credit bureau. To day in April 2020 this has not happened checked my profile on transunion and Vodacom still not updated. This has negative impact on my credit life and life in general yet Vodacom does not care. Can anybody with any heart or any sense from Vodacom please tell when will these people start doing their jobs. Disgusted
