Vodacom from HELL!!!

Settled an account with Vodacom over a year ago, even have a settlement letter from them yet they still have their account as active on my credit report even though they promised to update with the bureau. they are affecting my profile and regardless of how many times i furnish the credit companies with the settlement letter they WONT remove their account from my profile. NEVER deal with Vodacom!!
