Vodacom / Frogfoot customer service

The customer service between vodacom and froogfoot are non existing and i'm really shocked that a service provider like vodacom that is so well established has such poor service. I app**** for a fiber line through vodacom received my rooter in the beginning of February(05.02.2021) and have been given 3 dates for frogfoot to do the installation via vodacom fiber support the latest which was the 12.03.2021 i have taken 3 days of work for the installation and up until now i have had no communication from frogfoot i am on the verge of returning my rooter to vodacom and cancelling the contract and go to a service provider that wants my money and that can deliver on the service the promise
