Vodacom **********ly migrates accounts

Vodacom target companies during covid as they know that if they lie about the amounts and it sounds like there will be a saving? Who will not migrate?

Hi David We received no feedback yet 72 hrs later?? I see you cc’d LIKEMINDS in the previous mail. See picture in Mail Body and attached. By the looks of the Facebook complaints only, they are operating as **********. We have never had any contract with LikeMinds and never heard of them before. They took the opportunity by getting info from Vodacom (How I would like to know? This is confidential info!) to contact me because of the usage pattern of my specific number was higher than usual. I request the phone call I received be made available for the migration of the accounts, I have stated that I am the project manager and not the Director of the company? Like mentioned before I asked specifically what the current contract value is and she confirmed that the current amount was for example R200, the new amount will be R150, Nevertheless she never mentioned that the handset instalments was not included to the amount she gave me? Obviously it sounds like you are going to save money as this is the pricing I received over the phone. This is the case with every Vodacom contract that we currently have. I have been deliberately deceived that there was a saving from Vodacom, which was **********ly given. You have 32 Pages that needs to be signed in the Vodacom store for any upgrade or contract related transactions. How can LikeMinds be authorised to migrate contracts **********ly and without any signed agreements? Please get the recording so we can get this account (All the contracts) to the state it was before Vodacom leaked customer info to LikeMinds. Regards Jako Kruger

Hi Jako Kruger, We are authorized trade partners of Vodacom and Vodacom does provide us with relevant account information in order to assist clients with either upgrades, newlines or migrations. Kindly note the company processes paperless transactions. The call has been audited and the agent did process legitimate migrations on the business account. The query has been deemed invalid. Should you require the migrations be reversed the business will incur downward migration costs.

Verona How can there be downward migration costs? This was also not disclosed in your phone call to me (A phone call from you that I wish I never answered at all, but then again if I didn’t answer the call, you would have phoned one of the labourers and get authorisation from him)….There was no costs to migrate to different plans but now we have to pay downward migrations because you told me that there will be a saving. Little did I know that I was being deceived by not providing me with the correct amounts (Never did you mention once that the amounts you gave me did not include the handsets). I specifically asked you at the end of the call to send a mail with all the changes, You told me that every number will receive a sms and we did, Again with no amounts for the plans we were migrated to. What amounts are you referring to? Why I’m asking is that I as the project manager is going to pay for this. The reversals will have to be done on all the contracts that was migrated on that day by you. Can you send me the amounts via email so that I know what to expect? I cannot explain how disappointed I am with Vodacom and its does not help I try to tell you because you just don’t care, You knew that businesses are extremely vulnerable during this time but instead of helping clients survive, You did the exact opposite and told me it is going to cost less. Who in his right mind would not migrate if the info over the phone indicates that we will be paying less? Please send the amounts and downward migrate all the contracts. There is no way for us as the client to get out of this without paying dearly. We will be moving our contracts to another provider as soon as the contracts are to be renewed. Starting with 082415 which is due for an upgrade, definitely not with Vodacom. Regards Jako Kruger

Dear Jako Kruger,

We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. Your ticket reference is 67473 Kindly expect a delay with response during the SA lockdown as we are short staffed, we will try our best to assist you and have your query resolved as soon as possible A support representative will review your request and will send you a personal response. Thank you for your patience. Sincerely, Vodacom Online Support Team

Vodacom refuses to listen or take responsibility for their clients. Its a pity that they would rather bully you and take the money from their clients instead of helping client's. It takes two minutes to migrate a client to a more exoensive plan but when you find out thst tgey **** to you it takes weeks , in my case more than a month.

I will not sleep till all our contracts are back to the way they were before you called me.

Stay away and get yourself another provider than Vodacom

Vodacom has not rep**** after I requested the call to be made available as you have to indicate where the saving on the account is which you referred to? No reply since I asked for this meeting to be scheduled. Already in a new month and you are again *****ing our money!

Legitimate migrations can only be done with the owner or director of a company. I am going to the consumer act as Vodacom just gives you a middle finger when you need service from them. You would expect a company that you have 7 contracts with will actually care about their customers.

Vodacom doesn't! They are only there when they can take as much money from you possible.

Nothing was resolved nor did they even look into the issue! I await the meeting to be scheduled and so does my attorney.

Regards
Jako Kruger

Verona Another month later and nothing has been rectified. What is the whole idea here? Are you just waiting for us to be billed as long as possible for the apparent saving of our monthly bill? Like we discussed the last time on the 18th of August you stated that you are going to speak to a manager and let me know by end of business on the 18th and I heard nothing up to now. I left a message at the call centre today, They said that they will leave a note so you will contact me. Can I get a reference number and a managers name at VodaWorld where I can go to? How many mails and phone calls do I have to make before Vodacom does anything? If you don’t respond to this request I will assume Vodacom does not want to be a service provider and the contract between us and Vodacom will be breached. I am going to the consumer act and letters will be drafted giving Vodacom notice that we will not be renewing any of our contracts. I will await your response, If any….. Regards Jako Kruger
